My services are: Before – During and After Sales. I come with you, support you for the whole process of importing Furnitures, Potteries, Handmade Home Living Products which are Made in Vietnam. Since the year of 2000 I have involved in the business of garden decoration in Vietnam. The products are wooden garden furnitures, indoor furnitures, ceramic – terracotta potteries, handmade products like decorations from rattan, seagrass, water hyacinth … The Material of these goods are from natural plants which grow up well in the warm tropical weather in Vietnam.
My small strong point is: I communicate well with German – European business customers and Vietnamese – Asian suppliers in 3 languages: Vietnamese, English and German. I understand well the different mentalities of Vietnamese, Asian suppliers with German, Western importers. Therefore I convince well international business partners so that we have good prices, short producing time and good quality.
The Vietnamese suppliers in provinces overall in Vietnam like Quy Nhon, Da Nang, Mekong Delta, Binh Duong, Tri An, Dong Nai, Hanoi, Ninh Binh North Vietnam together with German, Swiss, Western business customers trust me, feel satisfied from my support and we keep the long term business relationships.
I travel a lot to many provinces in South, Center, North Vietnam to visit factories, to search reliable suppliers, and to control the products quality before loading into the containers for shipments to Germany, Switzerland, Europe. Sometimes, it is like holidays from business trips, because the nature, the landscapes are too beautiful in Vietnam, a warm tropical country with friendly local people who smile, ready to help and work hard.
The terracotta pottery factories lye down along the rivers in Mekong Delta, where the black soil, materials are delivered to factories by ships. Big, small ships and boats are favorite transportations which the Vietnamese local people use oftenly on the rivers in Mekong Delta.
Other beautiful pictures are wooden furnitures in Center or South Vietnam. Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh province is a very nice, peaceful province which is famous from wonderful beaches. Western tourists visit regularly this holiday area. Only 9 kms from these beaches is a big industrial park of furniture factories. The Western quality level furnitures are produced here and exported rightly at Quy Nhon big port to Hamburg, Amsterdam, USA …

– The Vietnamese factories will control quality and take care shipments.
– I come over to visit you in Germany and Europe, to make business smoothly, so that we can understand and support each other better.
– In case you need special support by controlling product quality at the factories, I will travel to Vietnam and satisfy your requests.
– When you have business trip to Vietnam, I can join with you visiting Vietnamese factories to select new designs, place samples for the next season.
I translate in 3 languages ( Vietnamese, German, English), support the meetings with Vietnamese producers and you so that both feel comfortable, cooperate well, Win-Win for our business.
